Top notch hotel. The staff is beyond wonderful, helpful and courteous. Our room had a balcony. The beds are comfortable with good size bathroom (especially for the EU). Breakfast was included and delicious. They accommodated our need for early departure.

We stayed in a Junior suite in April and loved it ! The hotel is very central, the staff are helpful and friendly and can't do enough to enhance your stay. The suite itself was extremely clean and so spacious, plenty of room for the 3 of us. The layout was excellent and the dining area where you can have your room service breakfast, a real treat ! We received fruit and a prosecco on arrival and this was a lovely suprise. The weather during our stay was much warmer than usual and the air con isn't on yet (whole of Italy not just this hotel ) consequently it was very warm in the room, not the fault of the hotel at all and to help they had conveniently put mosquito nets on the windows to allow us to open them. Should we return to Venice ( and we absolutely plan on doing so ) we would 100% come back to Palazzo del Giglio.

We had a great stay at the Palazzo. The hotel is so well placed within easy walking distance to San Marco, the Accademia bridge, and the Rialto area. The Junior Suite was a perfect size for our family of four giving us all the space we needed while still being an affordable rate. A nice treat is that complimentary breakfast is served each morning by room service delivered to your room. The pancakes and eggs were really good. The staff was warm and welcoming even delivering a special welcome surprise after we arrived. If you are looking for a well placed nice place to stay in Venice, the Palazzo is a great choice.

We stayed in Venezia for 3 days as a family. The hotel ia perfectly located, very close to San Marco square and just 1 minute from water transports, including a connection to the airport. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is quiet, clean and cosy. We will stay there again if we can go back.

This hotel was adorable! Beautiful and nicely decorated rooms in a lovely campo with a cute little bar and a nice breakfast. Atmospheric and a good value. We loved it!
