Pros:😏 Great hotel in a good and less popular area, with nice restaurant and square just in front of hotel. 10min walk to the Main Bridge and 15min away from St Marko Square. Hotel is clean and quite new. Staff is friendly. Cons:🤢 The only thing which REALLY SUCKS is Breakfast. Literally nothing is edible there except yoghurt. Bacon cold and hard as rock, coffee watered like I've never ever seen before, everything cold, no hot options. Even cakes were so sweet that you can get diabetes after taking one bite because it has more sugar in it than the weight of the cake itself... Only chocolate muffins were ok. Honestly maybe for Americans claiming in reviews breakfast is delicious it's ok taking in count food quality in US but for European and Asian nothing there qualify as breakfast...

Modern, stylish, very clean, great facilities. From Sta Lucia Train Termini is only approx 10 mins(slow) walk away…and centre of San Marco is 10-15 mins away. Staff were extremely helpful and they’re happy to assist in any way. A real gem in Venice! I can highly recommend it.

Nice hotel, overall is clean and the location is very nice. You may find a lot of restaurant around the hotel and is very convenient to go to the nearest water-bus.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and the Grand Canal, the environment is super quiet, the room facilities are brand new and complete, which completely exceeded expectations; the front desk specially gave us the top floor with sun windows, the children especially liked it, next time I come to Venice, I will choose this hotel again;

We had to cross several bridges to get from the station to the hotel, which was quite difficult with a large suitcase, but there was a supermarket, a restaurant, a gelato shop, and other shops right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient! The hotel was very clean, and there were amenities such as slippers and body cream, and the shower was easy to use. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food and was delicious!

I thought it was pretty good and the price was moderate. I booked it without hesitation. I was not disappointed! The hotel was renovated in recent years, with a strong sense of design, wooden floors (very important, the baby can't stand the smell of carpets), the hardness of the bed is also good, and it is comfortable to sleep. The most surprising thing is the breakfast, which is too rich. I want to try every kind of dessert area. The fruit area is very delicate. The strawberry is not very sweet but the taste is full! The scrambled eggs are also very tender, which suits the Chinese taste! Ham, cheese, etc. are all delicious! Surprise, thank you!

The room was nice and the area was OK. It was not small in Venice. There were many choices of restaurants nearby. There was also a delicious ice cream shop next to the square.

I booked an executive bedroom apartment with two beds, one large and one small. This apartment should be a homestay, but it is managed by a hotel. The room is large and equipped with a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete, and the electrical appliances are all from Bosch. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail for hanging clothes, etc. The bath products provided are local Italian brands. There is a small square at the entrance of the hotel, which is especially suitable for sunbathing and feeding pigeons. Opposite is the coop supermarket, where you can buy groceries and cook in the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. It took about ten minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. It was not far, but the roads in Venice were not easy to walk with luggage.
