Facilities: The hotel is very good, but the rooms are relatively small. The front desk has upgraded the river view suite, which is very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, the service is also good, and the breakfast is good in the morning.

A very pleasant experience! The hotel is located in a very convenient location, right next to the pier, with direct access to the airport by water; the Renaissance style of decoration and exquisite service details, not only a full range of breakfast, but also special eggs and toast can be ordered; the whole hotel is full of Italian hospitality, especially Mattre (I think that's his name) who was in charge of receiving us at the front desk! We originally planned to stay here for only one night, but decided to extend it for two nights. Because it was the off-season, we were lucky to have last cancellation, and we were directly upgraded to a suite~

Beautiful location with wonderful Christmas decorations. Nice and new room and very clean. You can see the difference between the rooms in the main historical building and the others. The spa consists only of the sauna. Great location and very good breakfast

The overall location of the hotel is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. The lobby and breakfast room are connected together, compact and warm, and the food is relatively rich. The only unsatisfactory thing is that we stayed in rooms 219 and 220, and there was a bang bang bang noise at night and in the morning, but fortunately there was no noise at night. When checking out, I reported it to the front desk, and the staff listened patiently and said they would report and check it.

The hotel is right at the pier, with convenient transportation. The lobby on the second floor of the hotel is great for filming, the rooms are large and well decorated, and there are murals on the roof! Full of surprises! I really recommend it and will go again next time!

I told the hotel that we were on honeymoon and wanted a room by the river. They also prepared champagne and desserts for us. The hotel was very nice. The only drawback was that the pillows were a bit dirty and the sheets were not changed.
