The rooms were so warm which is exactly what I needed. The bath leaked so I had to put a towel on it walking distance everywhere walls thin I heard the couple next door having some fun

The hotel is very old and the room is very crowded. I couldn't even walk without putting two suitcases in it. But the location is really good. The girl at the front desk is also very nice.

Satisfied with everything, but in the pictures and live everything is a bit different. And so, the staff is helpful, but we are not always clean. True, there are few English channels on TV if you do not know Italian

Hotel is very well located, in fact excellent location! But he is very old, the reception is in another hotel and the carpet was very old. Old bedspread, air conditioning worked but it was noisy, the highlight was the completely renovated bathroom and breakfast.

Nice place to stay and would again staff are super nice and helpful. Super close to St Mark's Square so and also quick to get to Rialto bridge area. Bed was nice but we like a firm bed. Downsides are can hear other rooms/doors and looking a little tired in the room we stayed in. Wifi was hit and miss in the room but 4G is fine. Bathroom is very compact but useable.

nice comfortable rooms, the staff is great , close to san marcos, on the whole good- though do not expect coffee maker, microwave or iron to press your clothes- rooms are ok though for italian standards !

The hotel staff was very kind, helpful, and professional when we checked in. Our room was a little smaller than we had planned on despite checking the room. The hotel staff made such a nice gesture to change our accomodations since they were able to, which was kind and we appreciated very much.
