This hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. The hallways are long and go round and round like a rabbits Warren. My overall stay was pleasant and the best thing about it was the awesome breakfast. If you do decide to stay ask for the front terrace rooms I believe they’re not so claustrophobic.

Wanderfull location, definitely one of the best in Venice! For the rest it's a pretty old hotel (like all these kind of hotels in Venice), but pretty clean. Breakfast also was very good. Overall recommended.

It's my first time in Venice. I felt so lucky when I got this hotel. It's so incredible. The hotel has a historical story, which is located in the center of Venice. Its service is good and welcoming. It's too convenient for enjoying the breathtaking scenery around there.

The location is good. The room was on the forth floor so the walk up can be exhausting. Breakfast was included but it was so so. Some rooms have no view at all. Luckily our room has a lot of windows.

An absolutely extraordinary hotel that made our stay so welcoming!

My friend and I stayed in a triple bed room. The access was very good, and the free breakfast was luxurious and amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, so you won't have any problems. Although it said that the accommodation tax was only accepted in cash, we were able to pay by credit card! It was 2.7 euros per person.

The rooms are very noisy – probably due to the age of the building. You get the feeling your neighbor is in your own hotel room. The bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. Black mold is already forming in the grout. The toilet constantly flushes, which makes it difficult to sleep. The bed is comfortable by my standards. Housekeeping changes the thin white duvet and pillowcases, but not the sheets. The minibar refrigerator is sufficiently cold, but you're reluctant to put food or drinks in it because it wasn't clean either. The location is unbeatable and right next to the Rialto Bridge. The breakfast is okay. There's a fully automatic coffee machine, pre-baked rolls and toast, cakes, croissants, fruit, juices, and water. An English breakfast includes beans, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon (not crispy because it's swimming in its own fat). The staff is always friendly. If you don't care about the negative reviews and are looking for a hotel solely based on its location, you'll find what you're looking for there. On the other hand, you might be better off spending a few euros more and booking a 4-star or higher.

A good location just beside the river and ferry station. 24-hour counter service. A hotel is more reliable than a B&B. Check-in was quick and easy. No elevator on the 4th floor, but it was quiet.

Located right by the canal, within walking distance of Piazza San Marco, it's very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful. The facilities appear dated, but relatively clean. Bath products are provided, and towels are changed daily. The staff is courteous. Luggage storage is available, but there's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs.

The location is great, the service is good, and the hygiene is good.
