This hotel is fantastic. Excellent location. Beautiful view, right on the Grand Canal, easy to access the water bus. The staff members were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone!

Superb hotel and the best customer service. Special mention to the two ladies on reception who go the extra mile to make our stay extra special for my wife’s birthday. 10/10

Very convenient location, Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop is right outside. Hotel is walking distance to Piazza San Marco. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I totally do not recommend this hotel. The hotel displays as 4 stars hotel but he does not meet the standards!
bad smell, musty smell and neglected.
All the photos in the website are fake -
I compared it with other 4 stars hotels in the same area and it is not And it doesn't come close to their level.

I was told to check out at 12:00 PM, but at 11:30 PM, while I was getting changed, someone swiped their card in without even knocking.
I later confronted the front desk, and they just said, "It was a mistake."
I really wanted to give it 1 star, but it was pouring rain when I checked in, and the front desk guy was so considerate and brought me a towel. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were also very nice, attentive, and enthusiastic. So, I'm giving it a 2.5. If it weren't for the 11:30 PM incident, I'd happily give it a full score.
The bus stop is right outside the door, making transportation convenient. If you prefer to walk, just ignore my comment.
The room is a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a solo trip.
There was a welcome letter and candy in the room upon check-in, which was a really good first impression.

My room was arranged on the first floor, with a waterside promenade outside the window. Public transportation was convenient, with a water bus stop at the hotel entrance. The breakfast was rich, but still a bit old.
