We stayed here for two nights as a couple.
The white-based room was very clean, and there was no trash or items left by previous guests.
The bathroom amenities were all there, so it was not a problem for a short stay. The shower had good hot water and did not get cold quickly, so even if you are used to Japanese showers, you could stay comfortably.
I did not meet many staff members, but the woman at the reception was very kind and explained things to us in an easy-to-understand way, even though we do not speak much English!
The location of the hotel itself is a little inconvenient, and if you do not use the water bus or gondola, you will have to walk quite a bit to get anywhere.
The main tourist spot, St. Mark's Square, is particularly far away, and it took about 30 minutes for an adult to get there. However, there are many shops along the way, so if you are traveling with plenty of time, it will not be a problem.
There are also restaurants and bars around the hotel, and a bakery and crepe shop about a 3-minute walk away. You will not have any trouble finding food, so I recommend not including breakfast and just strolling around. By the way, is there a police box in front of the hotel? There are also police officers watching day and night, so although it is far from the main area, the security is not bad.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay for the cost!

This hotel feels nice and safe as it's locked at night (and you're given a key). It's in the Jewish ghetto close to everything and the staff at the front desk (Hi Jordana!!) is sweet and caring. We did not choose to pay for the 20 Euro breakfast. The room is nice but small (like most rooms in Venice) and the bathroom doesn't have a lock. There's a minifridge and don't forget to pull the screen down so you don't get bitten up by mosquitos. The bed is nothing to write home about and we asked for and received extra pillows.

Stayed at Rimon Place during carnival. Was fine for everything we wanted to do. For Shabbat dinners, for services, for touring. Albeit it was fa far walk from St Marks square, but one u learn the water taxis it was fine. Breakfast was fine. Michaela, who is responsible for setting breakfast up was outstanding and really nice. Breakfast is 8-10 am but can be arranged a bit earlier. Good place to b with children. A 15 minute walk to the closest laundromat which is 5 min from the train station.

We liked the property a lot. The location was perfect. It was about an 18 minute walk from the parking garage that we parked at and about 15 minutes from the train station.
There were lots of dining options and shops nearby and a bakery below. The only issue was no hot water for a shower in the morning and we had to jump over a pool of water inside the entrance door and the staircase was dark to get up to the apartment.

We were in the apartment for 2 nights. This is the worst short stay apartment we had ever experienced.
First, the cleanliness of the bathroom was terrible. It was full of dark mould at the edge of the bathroom and the sink. Some hair was sticking on the tiles and radiators.
Secondly, the boiler was not functioned for taking shower. It worked for the tap but not shower. The boiler showed errors whenever we started hot water at the shower!!!!
The kitchen equipment was bad too. They were all very old. No cereal bowls. The sink was still wet when we were in.
The whole apartment was full of staines and dust.
I don’t recommend for this apartment.
