Hotel is a great location if you have an early morning flight and want to be close to the airport. Rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently (cobwebs and some mouse poop), pool was closed for repairs (the reason we booked it) so that was unfortunate. The wifi also didn’t work and at some point someone tried to enter our room which was unsettling- very happy we had the door locked

The resort is on the side of the road, with a large lawn at the door. The rooms are antique, one bedroom and one living room, elegant. The front desk is friendly and the breakfast is rich.

We stayed for just one night because it was a rustic hotel near the airport, with a bus nearby to get to the centre of Venice. The breakfast was average. It's true that the food was cold, for example the scrambled eggs, which could have been because we went early in the morning and they had just turned on the lights.
