We were not able to sleep at this property, because our flight was canceled, because of strikes in all Italy airports. But the reason I am putting one star is how the owner of the property handled the situation with our reservation. I understand that sometimes things happen and people have to cancel last minute, but in our case it wasn't something in our control and it wasn't something I could do anything about, we searched for alternative transport, but we could not find one. So we apologised to the owner and politely asked for at least a partial refund of our reservation, which I think it would be fair, because being 21 of October, it is not a tourist season, so probably nobody would even book our room and also, us not being there, the property won't have any expenses. But the owner rudely and firmly denied any refund, which I think is not the way to deal with a situation like this. Reading other reviews and comments, it seems that the owner does not really care about their customers, so I would advice you not to stay there!
