Locanda Antico Casin

I book for two nights in this structure: room with private bathroom inside - contacts are made via telephone and email, so everything is documented. The lady asks me for an advance by bank transfer which I will make immediately. During the afternoon of the day of our arrival, I contact the lady by phone to inform her that we would arrive at the facility around 6 pm but she anticipates me by saying that she had sent me an email a few hours before to tell me that "due to a misunderstanding not dependent on her will, it was forced to move for the first night to another nearby structure of the same category ". He invites us to introduce ourselves first at his facility and then go to the alternative: in both no one to welcome us. As soon as we enter the alternative structure, we immediately notice that it is not a structure of the same level: a hostel with BATHROOM OUTSIDE the room SHARED with guests of other rooms! All in times of pandemic !!!!! All without anyone having exhibited any Green Pass and document. The bathroom door did not even close and already upon our arrival (now around 20) the bathroom itself was impractical as it was already used by other people. Therefore I contact the owner of the alternative structure, who informs me that the lady had had an OVERBOOKING (the lady had sold our room twice !!!) and that in any case she was clearly aware that our room would be with EXTERNAL SHARED BATHROOM . Irritated, I immediately contact the lady of Locanda Antico Casin who initially initially denies what the otherwise kind owner of the alternative structure reported to me (i.e. to be aware of the conditions of the room for the first night ...), but then, she betrays herself in the morning following when we showed up in person at the facility early and we noticed that both rooms were occupied by other customers, effectively "unmasking" the lady. In person, the lady is informed by me of the serious breaches she has had, not offering us an alternative of reimbur*****t but having only forced us to move in the late evening to that dilapidated hostel. I inform you that we will have talked better the next morning at check out. The following morning, the lady does not show up on time, risking to make us miss the train for the return and allows herself to offend via WhatsApp with misplaced inferences. Compensation will follow for the damage caused by its serious breaches.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte sola, ma tornerò sicuramente! Venezia è una città meravigliosa e soggiornare in questo hotel significa avere un punto di riferimento in una posizione strategica: si trova infatti a due minuti da piazza San Marco, ma la zona è molto tranquilla, un silenzio quasi surreale. La camera che avevamo prenotato era dotata di tutto il necessaria, pulita e con arredi moderni, semplice ma perfetta! Anche lo staff è splendido, disponibile e molto accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

Stanza carina ed accogliente. Avevamo tuttavia scelto su booking una stanza king, ma ce ne hanno assegnata un'altra. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni tramite messaggio whatsapp, ma non abbiamo ricevuto una risposta soddisfacente. Nemmeno al check out ci hanno fornito le spiegazioni necessarie, dando la colpa alla collega al momento assente. Strano, perché booking offre indicazioni precise e la stanza era decisamente diversa. Ciononostante, siamo stati bene.

Locanda vicino alla Piazza più famosa,stanza piccola ma elegante e confortevole,letto comodo,forse il cuscino un po' morbido ma è una questione personale.doccia ottima,stanza calda.la posizione è ottima. Pur essendo a 2 passi da San Marco è molto tranquilla. Un plauso va alla organizzazione per l'arrivo in orario senza portineria: danno il codice di apertura del portone con la chiave in reception e tutte le informazioni. Conto buono considerato la posizione (sei a Venezia eh😁)
