"I hope that many people can read this comment to take it into consideration before booking. The owner is a ******. So if you are not Italian, you are not welcome in this place, you should know that because I have been told so. Basically, I had my reservation made and he called me to confirm my arrival time. After a completely normal call, the man (Claudio) called me back, by mistake, and he started to criticise me, apparently the man hates people who speak Spanish, so he decided that I was a, quote, "South American cretin", funny Claudio's ignorance, as I am Spanish. But anyway, that's obviously the least of it, I don't understand how a ****** and incompetent person like him can have or work in a public-facing place that is surely full of "non-Italian" people who come to visit his town...
