"We love the Bristol for family ski trips, but this year they went above and beyond. Our Alpybus airport pickup failed to get us on Jan 4th and the amazing hotel manager, Marie, personally drove us to Zurich in an emergency situation. We love the Bristol and Gerard and his team go above and beyond to make guests happy. Great views, awesome breakfast and overall our favorite place to stay in Verbier. We will be back!! This is our second trip with 8 people and everyone loves the Bristol. The location is great, it is clean and well serviced. Rooms have plenty of space and good amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful!"

"The hotel and decor is clearly a W from the moment you approach the entrance. It is extremely well decorated and kept. From the front door to the rooms, everything was kept extremely clean. The doorman and staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. They gave us ideas of activities and even drove us to dinner one night. The spa area and pool were also meticulous and the staff there was wonderful as well. The location is a bit far from the downtown area but is very close to the gondola station from the town below and there are chairlifts nearby for skiing. The breakfast was a great spread and variety each marooning with additional complimentary items to choose from. Overall a classic 5 star W experience."

"Went for a burger..shed burger. Never found it! But I did find caffe goomah and had a pizza which was beyond exceptional, up there with the best of all time. Beautiful citrus salad, great drinks. Reasonably priced (for verbier). Friendly efficient service. Still serving 10pm while most places wrapping up. If you like pizza and interesting sides, this is your place. I will never visit verbier again without eating here."

The highest note for the staff all gracious friendly helpful and I m including the reception the bar the spa the drivers. ..The room was very nice decorated in the known style of the experimental hotel. .. breakfast a real.treat before heading for the slopes . You have to reserve your spa but it s worth having it after a day of skiing. Really great food at the restaurant if you don't feel like going out in the evening. Highly recommended, great stay and one of the nicest staff ever encountered.."
