Everything was perfect, clean rooms great staff and the manager laurenn is amazing. Stayed for the weekend and it was exactly what I needed.

Do not stay here!!! I have bugs in my room. I’ve been getting bit badly and I went to the front desk so I could change rooms and a “maintenance” man came up to look around without finding anything. Prior to the maintenance man coming up I had been cleaning and vacuuming the room on my own so I think it would be obvious that he would not find anything. They said they would get back to me after contacting an exterminator and I was the one who had to go back down to ask the status. The woman at the front desk was so condescending and rude and tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with my room. She explained that I couldn’t change rooms bc there were non available which was absolutely not true. I went online to see if that was the case and there was availability listed online. The fact that she is in the hospitality business is absurd. She showed no compassion whatsoever and should just quit if she hates working here. I don’t want anyone else making the mistake and coming here to deal with this. I looked back at reviews and noticed there was a bed bug problem 10 months ago so enough said!!

Decent place but didn't had the type of room and bed we reserved and forced to use smaller bed. The kitchen burners gave wire melting smell as we tried to use and we stopped using it

Waited 15 minutes at the front desk to check in. Went to dinner after. Got back and went to my room. The smell of pot was so overwhelming that i left at 11pm. My eyes were burning, nose plugged up. It was disgusting. My room was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Unfortunately due to smell i coukd not stay. Had to ho chevk into another hotel. What a waste of money.

My family had been staying here for YEARS but a lot of things changed this year. We noticed no shampoo, body wash or dish soaps. No dish towels and only 2 sets if bathroom towels for a family. With a kitchen hotel isnused to be FREE pots and pans, your plates but nownyou have to pay to get them. You also have to pay for extra towels. Honestly that was a huge slap in the face. If you plan on staying i suggest you bring your own towels and plates, cooking wear and shampoos!

They have significantly reduced the services offered since my last stay; the room was battered and smelly; if the price is extremely reasonable, this is your place; but you will know when asking specifically for your tiny bottle of shampoo, but only between 9am and 10pm, why you got such a deal.
