I love this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I booked through Trip.com this time and there was a problem where the hotel didn't get the payment from Trip.com. The manager tracked it all down and got it handled and kept me in the loop. She also switched a room for my mother so she didn't have outside access. They have a great breakfast, it's close to everything, the common area is always decorated for the season, coffee/tea/hot chocolate always available. The only thing that isn't awesome is the pillows - they are small, square, and flat - but I have pillow issues. I can't say enough how great the staff is.

Breakfast stops early at 9 so didn’t have any. Staff nice and accommodating. Bed really comfy pillows were just ok (small and soft). Only one night stand. Room kind of small. I would have rather had two night stands than chair in corner. Good room for price. Would return.

Staff was very friendly, room itself was clean the only downfall was that it smelt so strongly of cigarettes in the room which was supposedly non smoking it made the stay uncomfortable thankfully it was only for the night but we would not return. Parking was plentiful and it was located closely to lots of dining options as well which was nice.

Left all used towels outside of room to be replaced. None were replaced. There needs to be higher bars in bathrooms to get in and out of tub! Accident waiting to happen. Wanted to pay with with debit card upon checkout but was told that it was billed to card that used to hold the room! I never said to bill my card! Very upset!
