I gave everything a terrible rating even though I didn't actually have the chance to check. I made a reservation for September 20, having bought a ticket for the Claudio Baglioni concert, without realizing that, although the trip application on my PC had initially predicted availability, it later changed the date to September 19. Unfortunately, I didn't notice for a moment after making the payment. And it is true that the reservation did not include the possibility of cancellation based on the instructions. However, it is also true that immediately after the same application gave me the possibility of canceling the reservation. The next day, early in the morning, I received an email telling me that my request could not be accepted. In the meantime, as you can see from the screenshot, I tried to call the facility and write without even receiving the kindness of a short response. I then managed to contact trip, which confirmed that it is actually possible to cancel a reservation and avoid being charged as long as the facility agrees, but in this case the facility had given a negative opinion. So I suggest not going to Càsàmòre, given the proven complete lack of education, an answer should be given to anyone who raises a question, and also the complete lack of availability, given that in the cancellation request I had clearly described how the reservation had been made by mistake, but evidently it is more important to receive 132 euros without having to do anything, knowing that I would never have been able to go there on September 19 rather than having the kindness to meet the request of a now ex-customer. I would say a structure to keep away like the plague, even if it were the most beautiful and romantic in the city of Romeo and Juliet, because it still lacks attention and love, despite the name it flaunts!!¡🤬🤬😢😢

Great location, nice room, equipped shared kitchen, very clean! There are problems with audibility, but I very rarely find inexpensive places with soundproofing. What definitely needs to be worked on is the check-in procedure - it should not take more than 20 minutes. People usually arrive tired from the road, and sometimes they even want to visit the toilet. Due to the poor organization of check-in, I was afraid to leave my 15-kilogram backpack in the room for storage - there was a risk of not having time to pick it up before the train. I had to carry it myself.
