This hotel was home for the three nights we enjoyed the beauty of Verona. Rooms were very comfortable with great beds and amenities. Yes breakfast was simplistic but after loading with carbs all the salami and cheeses in previous days simplistic start to the day and lovely espresso was perfect. Olga is the heartbeat of this hotel! Her passion, knowledge and warmest of hearts is perfect role model for front of house. She also has insanely good recommendations for food! Location off the beaten track but perfect to enjoy local bars and be around the community with a short walk into the city My mark for service was marked down slightly for the spa. We opted to have the spa in that dead time from checkout to airport but whilst it was a paid extra we were denied the opportunity to chill before flying home. Such a shame esp as it was raining!

Pre booked a room with a pay at hotel option. Had an emergency occur within the hour of booking. At first the staff was understanding of the situation, but then I get an email saying that they are declining my cancellation and will proceed to charge my card with the nights I was going to stay! Back and forth with them and ***********, multiple attempts made and this unprofessionally ran hotel kept declining and even wrote me down as a no show. All the conversational evidence deleted, thankfully I took screenshots as proof before they deleted the thread. They proceeded to charge me which triggered an investigation which is ongoing. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Our experience was great. The room was cute and restaurant phenomenal. Recommend you meet the chef like we did who made us amazing fish platter with everything from fish, shrimp, clams, scallops, Aubergine ! Their oysters were yum too and the Amorine risotto. If you are are a dessert fan, all of them spectacular,m!

I just spent a week in this hotel. It was an excellent experience. The place is spotless. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The mood lighting is a nice touch. It was super cool during a hot weather spell. We ate in the hotel as well and the food was excellent.

Wow what a stay the staff have been amazing they could not have done any more for us . Hotel its self was spotless clean and room was big . Breakfast was enjoyable . Location is good as your a short distance from the town . Cannot wait to come back .

All in all a good value but lots of room for improvement. Toiletries made in China- couldn’t find them in any app. The best mattresses ever. Safe is tiny. There is not enough place/shelve in the bathroom. WiFi was intermittent. A/c, water pressure, hot water - all excellent. Curtains are NOT blackout and plenty of sunshine wakes you up in the morning. We had a good night sleep (all four of them). There is no outside noise (we faced to the back ) but there is not soundproofing whatsoever so there are noises from downstairs, hallway and the room above - which generally died into the night. Breakfast is ok if you look for the minimum but there was no one piece of vegetable, no “un-processed” cheese, nothing ”typical” (sweet or salty). One kind of too sweet granola. The “breakfast lady” was a well trained professional - kudos to you! (The one that replaces her on her day off DOES need training, badly …). About 25 minutes walk to the old city center.

Una locanda “semplice “ poche insegne, ma attaccato al loro ristorante, una struttura completamente risanata pur rispettando le vecchie mura. Originale l’accesso alle stanze con porta scorrevole, ero al 3o piano, cioè sotto tetto, bellissimo, stanza semplice con l’essenziale ma ben studiato, bagno ampio, ma la doccia col gioco di luci e per l’ambio spazio offerto è piacevole. Comodissimo il letto, ti butti sopra e non hai nemmeno il tempo di contare le pecore, ti addormenti subito, il risveglio è senza dolori. Vi vengono pure offerte le ciabatte da stanza, accappatoi ed altro, ma se le stanze sono così belle non vorrei pensare come sia la SPA, idilliaca? Consiglio vivamente

Arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio, per assistere ad un concerto, ci hanno dato la chiave magnetica per poter entrare in camera e per aprire la porta dell'albergo in caso fossimo arrivati tardi. check in ottimo se non fosse per la tassa del soggiorno esageratamente alta, ma non dipende da loro, camera perfetta, pulizia al top. letto comodissimo e larghissimo con ben due cuscini a testa. Colazione completa di tutto, dal dolce al salato. TUTTO PERFETTO se non fosse che ho fatto moltissima fatica a trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze, anche a pagamento, spero non sia sempre così, io ho dato la colpa al fatto che era un sabato sera con un concerto all'arena indimenticabile.
