Hotel is very beautiful with friendly atmosphere the chef manohar with an delightful smile and the server sushil and taheer provide and excellent service hotel is very clean the pool is one of the bigest in aurangabad hotels .....

The resort is not maintained at all. It is a complete disappointment. The rooms are completely worn down. Washrooms are in an even worse condition with stains everywhere and broken WCs. The breakfast was slightly better as our expectation was zero. The tariff on ********** was 30% higher than what was available directly at the hotel, so that only added insult to injury.

It’s a huge place. Well maintained rooms. Bath fittings and other furniture is old but in working condition. Peaceful place. Some rooms have bath tubs but it difficult to use due to bathroom size and old fittings. Staff are supportive. We did not face any issues while we stayed. It was a comfortable stay

Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head.

We had the worst experience of staying at a so called resort. The pictures shown on the website are nowhere close to reality. The rooms are not well maintained and the grounds also have dirt and leaves around. We have uploaded some pictures of our room for examples. The reception staff was unprofessional and unaccommodating. I had to tell the Receptionist lady to lower her voice and tone while talking to me. They do not have any accommodation for driver and upon asking the receptionist argues and lies that it is mentioned on their website and moreover on all travel web sites as well!! I showed her there is nothing on their web site then she goes on to claim that in entire Aurangabad area all hotels do not to provide Driver accommodation which is another lie. The attitude seems to stem from the top. When we requested to speak to the Owner who was on the phone with the receptionist and was on the property, she refused to talk on the phone with us. The Wi-Fi internet also did not work in our room both on my laptop and on multiple phones. We spent the whole afternoon and evening trying to troubleshoot, but it did not work. They have different routers on the property and I suggested to swap the routers as an experiment to troubleshoot where the problem might be because the internet was working in another area of the property on another router. But the Owner gave instructions to the staff not to do that nor contact the Service Provider to resolve the problem. We had made the reservation for 3 nights but after running into these issues we canceled the remaining two nights. Even upon checkout they were so cheap - we had a payment of Rs. 672 and I gave them Rs. 700. The receptionist did not have exact change of Rs. 28 so instead of rounding it off to Rs. 30 as a courtesy, he asked us to round the charges up to Rs. 675 .

It may be good place when it started. Today, it becomes old property which is not maintained at all. No fan in room. The AC is age old makes lot of noise, yet you need to run it because there is no fan in room. Doors are wear out, can’t close bathroom doors. Breakfast is ale carte, you need to wait a lot for each item to arrive.
