This is a typical self-catering hotel with all the necessary facilities, but the facilities are old and standard. The quiet environment is the first major feature. It is far from the Cave Painting Museum and its attractions, and you have to drive about 30 kilometers on the rugged mountain roads to reach your destination. Therefore, this hotel is suitable for travelers traveling by car. 1. Hotel reception room 2 housing area 28 square meters, 3 outdoor leisure area 4 rocky entrance of the hotel.

We stayed for one night, we were just passing through. The location was very well located, as we could easily reach the city center on foot. We were well received. No noise, quite quiet. We had access to the pool, which was pleasant and clean. It wasn't supervised, but not a problem for us. We were happy to have a kitchenette, especially for the morning, as breakfast costs €10 per person. One small drawback: The sheets provided weren't spotlessly clean, with some stains, and the water control for the shower wasn't pleasant; it went from hot to cold even though the tap was on hot. We were still happy with our night. 😉👍

The location is great with easy access to the small village where there is a small selection of restaurants and shops, it's also a great base for exploring the region. The apartment was comfortable for the 4 nights we were there, however had we known when we booked that we were forced to leave a £300 room deposit on arrival, make up our own beds with a bag of sheets provided, buy our own cleaning products to thoroughly clean the apartment (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, balcony) and ***** all the beds on the morning of departure ready for a room inspection before we could check out and get our £300 returned we probably would have booked elsewhere as we were supposed to be on a relaxing week away and it ended up feeling like we were at bootcamp cleaning for the next guests. We are also still waiting for our deposit to go back into our account (3 days later)

A residence that claims to be eco-friendly with low-energy light bulbs, except that the accommodations are very dark because of the surrounding trees, so we were forced to turn on all the lights which lit up almost nothing, where is the ecology in that?? A playground was advertised but non-existent, more than half of the deckchairs around the pool were broken, insufficient number of parking spaces and we were advised to park 500 m further, the elevators had been broken for several months, washing machines broken down supposedly because of a storm shortly before our arrival but only one repair company could intervene which was more than 200 km away and which gave no answer to the manager of the residence. It's a shame because the residence is in a quiet and pleasant place in the heart of the region and ideal for discovering all its riches...

Where to start? We spent 1 week in the holiday village, we arrived on a Saturday at 4 p.m. to take the rental at 5 p.m. The welcome was pleasant and the person at reception agreed to give our accommodation earlier. No inventory was carried out upon entry. We took possession of the accommodation for 6 people. The accommodation is of a cleanliness FAR BEYOND SCANDALOUS. People pay 60€ for cleaning for what? To have to clean it again upon arrival? The mattresses are as hard as the rock present in Les Eyzies. After a few days, back pain is felt. The paint in the bathroom is crumbling, there is mold in the same bathroom. The faucets are in a deplorable state. Do not plan on taking a shower in the morning at the same time as the holiday village: the water flow is reduced, and the water is cold. A trickle of water runs for the shower, only one water heater seems to be present for the entire holiday village. The kitchen is small, poorly equipped, lacks cutlery (a shame for a rental for 6 people). The fridge makes a lot of noise at night, it doesn't produce any cold, and what's more, it doesn't close. The state of the trash can is UNACCEPTABLE. The fire alarm goes off for no valid reason. Hornet/wasp nests fall from the windows. We really ask if the accommodation is cleaned. The bed (on the adult bedroom side) is stuck to the wall, which means that one of the people can no longer get up once lying down. The reversible sofa is of poor quality. After taking possession of the accommodation, we go to the swimming pool, what was our surprise to discover an ICE CUBE, for a heated pool (The person at reception told us that the pool was heated, after the 4th day the heating is turned on). Several residents complain about the cold in the pool, not to mention that the children come out all blue. Not to mention that some residents come with large animal-like floats and no one says anything. The hedges are poorly trimmed and the exterior is poorly maintained. The garbage room is OVERFLOWING, the garbage is LITTERING the ground, maybe they should plan for more frequent garbage collection knowing that the holiday village is full. This already bodes well for the cleanliness of the holiday village. The laundromat is closed, and this seems to have been the case for several weeks. In short, you pay for services, but you are ultimately forced to go pay for a laundromat a few meters further at the Relais des Mousquetaires. The parking spaces are not marked on the ground, it is ANARCHY. Do not leave after 7 p.m. if you hope to get a space in the parking lot. People park badly, not respecting the cars next to them (banging doors, etc.) The reception is moved close to the swimming pool, which disturbs travelers upon their arrival. The quality of the breakfast is not worth the price, 10€ x 4 the calculation is quickly done, 200€ per week

disappointed by the equipment (3 outdoor chairs for 4 when it was a rental for 6 people, and cleanliness of the common areas (corridor, fitness room, etc.) moreover in terms of organization trimming the hedges under the vacationers' windows at 8:15 a.m....having been to other equivalent brands the services are less, on the other hand the geographical location is not bad and the region is magnificent
