Where to start? We spent 1 week in the holiday village, we arrived on a Saturday at 4 p.m. to take the rental at 5 p.m. The welcome was pleasant and the person at reception agreed to give our accommodation earlier. No inventory was carried out upon entry. We took possession of the accommodation for 6 people. The accommodation is of a cleanliness FAR BEYOND SCANDALOUS. People pay 60€ for cleaning for what? To have to clean it again upon arrival? The mattresses are as hard as the rock present in Les Eyzies. After a few days, back pain is felt. The paint in the bathroom is crumbling, there is mold in the same bathroom. The faucets are in a deplorable state. Do not plan on taking a shower in the morning at the same time as the holiday village: the water flow is reduced, and the water is cold. A trickle of water runs for the shower, only one water heater seems to be present for the entire holiday village. The kitchen is small, poorly equipped, lacks cutlery (a shame for a rental for 6 people). The fridge makes a lot of noise at night, it doesn't produce any cold, and what's more, it doesn't close. The state of the trash can is UNACCEPTABLE. The fire alarm goes off for no valid reason. Hornet/wasp nests fall from the windows. We really ask if the accommodation is cleaned. The bed (on the adult bedroom side) is stuck to the wall, which means that one of the people can no longer get up once lying down. The reversible sofa is of poor quality. After taking possession of the accommodation, we go to the swimming pool, what was our surprise to discover an ICE CUBE, for a heated pool (The person at reception told us that the pool was heated, after the 4th day the heating is turned on). Several residents complain about the cold in the pool, not to mention that the children come out all blue. Not to mention that some residents come with large animal-like floats and no one says anything. The hedges are poorly trimmed and the exterior is poorly maintained. The garbage room is OVERFLOWING, the garbage is LITTERING the ground, maybe they should plan for more frequent garbage collection knowing that the holiday village is full. This already bodes well for the cleanliness of the holiday village. The laundromat is closed, and this seems to have been the case for several weeks. In short, you pay for services, but you are ultimately forced to go pay for a laundromat a few meters further at the Relais des Mousquetaires. The parking spaces are not marked on the ground, it is ANARCHY. Do not leave after 7 p.m. if you hope to get a space in the parking lot. People park badly, not respecting the cars next to them (banging doors, etc.) The reception is moved close to the swimming pool, which disturbs travelers upon their arrival. The quality of the breakfast is not worth the price, 10€ x 4 the calculation is quickly done, 200€ per week
