Just outside the city center. Not a great area. The shelter/hostel across the street make it a less desirable area to be in, especially at night. The property itself is nice but it's understaffed and the staff available was short of patience and not happy to accommodate. Tips for the manager, a little kindness and flexibility goes a long way, not to mention it's your job. Suggestions to travelers, try Palazzo Scamozzi in the city center. A bit more per night but you get what you expect from a hotel.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated very nice. The staff recommended restaurants for dinner and they delivered. Room are super clean and comfortable. Will book again if we ever come back to Vicenza. Until next time. Thanks

Luxurious rooms (not big though) super clean and with the most dedicated, helpful staff you can imagine. Interior design is very creative, the bed huge and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfectly placed a few minutes walk from the center of Vicenza’s old, picturesque city. Definitely value for money. We would stay there again for sure, next time we are in Vicenza.

It’s a great hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast (soft scrambled eggs), excellent location and nice rooms. There are many excellent restaurants Right next door or across the street…..the ticket office is just a block away…. You will not be disappointed with your stay
