"Prim Hotel Vichayito was above and beyond our expectations. Carlos is so friendly and informative and treats guests like family - nothing is ever a problem! The rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming as well. The room is beautiful and modern with air conditioning that works really well. The pool are is lovely and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The market below is really convenient and has everything you need for a beach holiday! I would 10000% return and we even extended our trip a few days because we loved the hotel so much!!"

"Dirty rooms, no air conditioning, dead insects on the floor, it shows that they do not clean properly, they do not have breakfast included. In my particular case, I paid for 2 nights in advance, however, the second night I could not return to the hotel, so at noon I called to notify and request a refund for my night that I would not occupy and the hotel's response was... NO WE WILL RETURN THE MONEY. I will file a claim with Indecopi for this unfair act."
