"Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bag. Mineral water was only on the first day, and there was no replenishment after bed making.
When I returned to the room after cleaning the room and was relaxing, the hotel staff opened the door without permission.
The staff at the front desk felt bad, and when I asked about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk of the spa.
The spa was comfortable, but I am disappointed to expect ５ star service for the hotel."

"The room was clean and had a beautiful arched window but the air con was useless and as there was a heat wave this made the stay very uncomfortable.
Additionally, they were unable to provide ice cubes which seemed bizarre given their star rating.
Finally, confusion over pricing. 18 euros for breakfast and 9 euros for parking but room directory says 13 and 6. Updating a room directory is hardly difficult. So service needs to be improved."
