2-Star Hotels in Victor

We reserved this stay through *********** who charged my credit card at the time of reserving it online. I “Assumed” we were good to go. When we arrived at the hotel at 8 pm on a Memorial Day weekend, they had no info on us and had not received the reservation from ***********. Michelle, their employee, explained the same thing happened the evening before with someone using ***********. Once I showed them the proof of purchase they handled it and we were in a room and were extremely apologetic for the mix up. There are no clerks on site and everything is handled through door codes and text. Room was clean, large and had a fridge and microwave. Beds comfortable. Loved the comforter. No breakfast on site.

Great staff and VERY clean hotel! The housekeepers do a very amazing job at keeping not just the rooms spotless but all public areas are well kept as well. The young man checking me in was very polite and informative about the area with plenty of restaurant options in the area.
