The hotel is very dated though I like the vibe of the chalet style of it. They accepted my deposit upon check in but didn’t issue me a receipt for it. So upon checkout the receptionist say I’m ready to go but I reminded her on my deposit. She denied at first until her colleague ask me to sit down they will check then only they passed the deposit back to me.

Nice place, clean hotel, helpful front counter , easy access to highway.

This hotel is very old and decor is 1980s. I booked an apartment, which had cooking facilities but there were not even plates and cutlery in the room. On request 1 plate and 1 set cutlery were provided but no non-stick cookware. Bedroom AC was not effective but fortunately, it rained and made up for it. Breakfast and restaurant is passable.

Worst experience for family trip,towel need wait after 5pm ,water bathroom so dirty,alone way to suite corridor was so disgusting with bird guano, outside suite door HV dinner plate which is few days not clean.

SMELLY TOWEL! room is spacious BUT BROKEN SHOWER AND CLOGGED DRAIN UNTIL ANKLE HEIGHT! UNBELIEVABLE AND PRICE NOT WORTH FOR THE ROOM! PLEASE FIX ROOM 102!

Stayed here briefly for a work trip. Recommended by my Labuan colleague as it is near his neighbourhood so that it's convenient for him to fetch me to work. Locationwise good as it is near the beach, I went for evening walk and bought some food at the food kiosks there. Room service is 24hrs, convenient, food okay. Breakfast was nice. My room is very spacious, I love that there are a lot of things provided inside the room without me having to ask (except of course for sejadah but that is fine and understandable), for example there's 2 pairs of slippers, umbrella, ironing board+iron. However, I didn't notice a hairdryer, but I wasn't looking for it. Front service good and satisfactory. Overall good experience.

A nice hotel just above Tiara Beach. Swiss chalet styles rooms which are spacious and have nice air conditioning. Beautiful veranda to sit out on and have a drink and watch the native birds. Nice bathroom with bathtub. Good functional air conditioning. Nice welcome on arrival and allowed to check in early . Hotel was very busy as it was a holiday. The main reason for my choosing this hotel was our previous experience of their Chinese fine dining restaurant - unfortunately that is closed for renovation until 2026. This restaurant was one of the finest in Labuan. The main restaurant is adequate nevertheless. 10 minutes to Victoria town centre by Grab but nice rural setting. We explored the beach which was pleasant. Great stay - would return.
