Kabakwe Guest Lodge

We enjoyed our stay at the Kabakwe Guest Lodge. They held our luggage when we had a 3 day interim trip to Chobe. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with taxis and filtered water throughout the day. The breakfasts (included), lunches and dinners (when ordered) were very good. The grounds were relaxing. It was nice to be able to enjoy the courtyard and outdoor seating. The lodge was 5 minutes by taxi to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if we visit the area again.

Nice lodge 10 min. (taxi) from Victoria Falls downtown. Excellent food (depending on the cook in charge), and spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Small pool and funny Mungus in the garden. Breakfast basic.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean. Breakfast lunch and dinner available. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, chef and wait staff attentive to dietary requirements.

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the hospitality at Kabakwe. It was a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful.

I booked at Kabakwe to relax in comfort after a busy camping trip - and was not disappointed. The room was lovely and the Lodge has good facilities, including great food. The location was further out of town than I was expecting, but the friendly staff were very helpful in ordering taxis. My sleep quality would have been great, had it not been for the very noisy kids next door.

I had a great stay, all staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is beautiful. I had a very pretty room and large comfy bed. Good choice of breakfast and lunch. They provide laundry.I could not recommend this place enough. It was my favourite of my whole stay. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and they treated me like royalty. The pool is excellent and the entire property is gorgeous. I highly recommend staying here. One of the best experiences I’ve had in my over 30 years of traveling.

Kudos to the staff especially “Godknows Madina” who has been the most accommodating, personable & always has the biggest smile on his face. Also, the hotel staff employees are impeccably polite, accommodating us with a power failure & moved us without hesitation.
