Hotel is in a good location, walk to Victoria falls entrance roughly 700 m. Staff is kindness and ready to support on your requirement

The location is excellent, right in the center of town and only about a 10 minute walk to the bridge.
The room was just enough for a couple with two check-in-sized suitcases.
The breakfast and coffee were good enough if you’re in a rush.
However, there were a few issues during our stay.
There was no hot water after about 5 minutes of showering each day.
We stayed in a corner room facing the main road. From Friday to Sunday, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, the restaurant across the street blasted loud music and non-stop chatter. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very noticeable…quite frustrating after a long day of travel.
We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said this was the best they had available.

Good hotel in good location for our one night stay until we caught our plane. The bathroom did not look like it’d been cleaned. Dirty bandaid and toilet paper scraps around the edge of floor. But they let us in early so I wonder if the staff was rushed. Very small room but good enough for us. There’s a convenience store in the hotel which is great.

The hotel is pretty old and looks it. Hot water in the shower only lasts 5-6 minutes . Room is very small and doesnt even have a luggage stand. Absurd method for obtaining WiFi. Overall for the money spent it's just not a great hotel to stay at. Wont be staying here again....

Great hotel by African standards! Very recently renovated. The room is a little small, but we stayed for 2 nights, so it's not critical. I recommend 👌🏼
