Guest UserA beautiful boutique hotel with warmly decorated rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Really has a great vacation feel with a lush garden surrounding a sprawling swimming pool and each room has enough privacy to feel you're on your own.

Shongwe Lookout was a lovely surprise - it very bijoux and stylish. Despite just being there for 1 night we felt we would be happy to stay longer. The location was excellent for exploring Vic Falls. Also the added bonus for me was the availability of local artist Nicole Sanderson’s work plus gifts at the bottom level of the Lookout.

A very nice hotel with an outstanding view looking over a watering hole. Rooms were fine. Pretty clean and a regular hotel room. Bar and restaurant were great, especially the breakfast. Only complaint is that for international visitors it was not great value as very expensive for what we got. Try and find a deal as still worth staying here.

My wife, , myself and our daughter started our visit to Africa in Zimbabwe, and booked 2 days at Pamusha lodge. It’s set in a secluded setting just outside Victoria falls town… probably 20 mins walk if you wanna attempt it , but there’s no need as Pamusha offer a shuttle service , usually with the wonderful Geoffrey driving , for a small fee. ( also a shuttle from the airport !). We found the staff working there incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in organising tours with / through Pamusha as well as any other questions we asked. Food at the lodge was ok , mostly reasonably priced and the bar was also fine. What was quoted was what we paid for tours .Accomodation is a little dated ( no hair dryer etc), but ok for a base to explore from. Yes , not 5 star luxury but would definitely recommend to people for a short stay

No food- the only reason I could not rate 5/5 on facilities. The workers are honest. I had forgotten one of my phones after checking out. They contacted me and kept the phone for me for several hours.
