This is one of my favorite hotels in Victoria! The room was clean, and has enough space for two people. But this time, we forgot to request a quiet room, then it was so noisy because there is a night club under our room. It was so loud and hard to fell asleep. We should’ve requested a quiet room..

The best place to stay in Victoria. Clean, very accommodating and friendly staff. Distance-wise, it's close to the beautiful attractions and destinations. Just a walking distance if you love walking. Would definitely recommend.

Location & service is good. the building is old but they keep the hotel clean. it's not worth paying too much money for the room was so small especially the bathroom it fits only one person

The room were big. We had 2 full size bed and a sofa bed. The only think was, we need to ask for all amenities such as showercap, soap, lotion etc. Shampoo n conditioner were attached on the wall. But it was just an easy call away. The welcome chocolate box was nice.

We were in 3 adults and we booked the room with a sofa bed. The room was great for us, very spacious and nice! We really had an wonderful stay in Victoria!

Most of the staff are friendly, and being right next to Chinatown means there are plenty of dining options nearby. My only slight disappointment was that the room was a bit small. The coffee service, though, was absolutely top-notch!!!

Really nice hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean and amazing location! They can help you with taxi booking and have a lot of amenities.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to the bustling downtown area. Parking is only available via paid valet service.

I would like to share my experience at this hotel are clean, we manged to get free upgrade to suite. The location is very convenient for accessing various tourist attractions. Directly across the street, you'll find ramen, Subway, Burger King, and several other dining options. It's just a 5-minute walk to Government Street and a shopping mall. The hotel offers a complimentary premium coffee and hot chocolate maker for guests. Although breakfast is not included, you can enjoy delicious meals at The Ruby, a well-rated restaurant conveniently situated next to the lobby. If you plan to cook, the nearest grocery Supermart, located 1.2 km away. The Prime of Whale booking site is just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. From Hotel to Swartz bay ferries terminal bus ride is 1hr, avoid 430pm to 6pm may takes up to 90mins to reach. The butchart garden is about 45mins bus ride from our hotel bus stop 180m away from our hotel. The Fisherman’s Wharf Marina is approximately a 20-minute walk away, allowing you to take plenty of photos along the way.

The location is convenient, but there's a club nearby, so noise and vibrations leaked into the room at night, making it a bit hard to sleep. The staff were kind and friendly.

The suite was fantastic—extremely spacious at around 400-600 sq ft, with a full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, and dining area, plus a cozy sitting space and pull-out sofa that made it feel like home. Cleanliness stood out, with spotless rooms, fresh linens, and well-maintained facilities throughout this heritage property renovated in 2019. The location is unbeatable, steps from Government Street, Fan Tan Alley, and the Inner Harbour, perfect for exploring Victoria's attractions on foot. Service was top-notch: friendly, accommodating staff handled everything efficiently, from check-in to daily check-ins, echoing countless glowing guest reviews. Amenities like free WiFi, fitness center, air conditioning, and 24-hour front desk added to the comfort. I can't recommend this hotel enough—it's a gem for any Victoria visit!

Overall good. Clean with elevator. Location is fine but the area is not appear to be as safe in the evening. The is typical downtown area I believe in BC. I would like to have microwave which would be better.
