From the moment we walked in to check in we were welcomed my the front desk. Quickest most efficient check in.  He told us all about the facilities and where everything was.  Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to stay. I highly recommend it for your travels.

“It’s good, but you should have a car because the location is so far from downtown.

The coffee machine broke down suddenly. And the shower post is too high and not right positioned. It should be put in the middle position and fixed not dhower toward the glass,

Room was kind of slightly above average motel I was given one overlooking the top of roof, it is expensive for the price . The good thing is there is an EV charger for EV vehicles, front desk staff were responsive and professional

It was good hotel! They changed the name to “The Vic” Good price and big accommodations. Clean room and very spacious.

This hotel has been newly renovated, so everything looks new. Close to downtown, free parking, new amenities such as hand held shower head, air conditioning. There is a playroom in the lobby as well. Price is also very reasonable, would recommend for visitors to Victoria.

The hotel is relatively old, but the service is good and the reception staff are patient. The hotel is not high but the rooms are average and the facilities are sufficient. The hotel is located in a great position with a view of the sea and sunset, and the parking lot has enough parking spaces.

The price was over 1700, and the room was very cramped. My family of four felt like they had nowhere to sleep. There was a rotten smell upon entering the room. The window had no screen, so I didn't want to ventilate for fear of mosquitoes. The roller blinds didn't block out the light, so the outside light was on all night. I couldn't see my fingers in the room, and I couldn't sleep well. The air conditioner was very noisy, as was the refrigerator. The sheets looked stained and hadn't been cleaned, and the carpet was very dirty. The only thing I liked was the shower, which had a strong water flow and was easy to adjust the temperature. The bathroom was decently decorated.

What a disaster! This is a small Indian-owned hotel! The cleanliness is so poor that it gave me allergic rhinitis. The photos don't match the actual hotel.
