We have been staying for the last 7 years when we go to the Le Seuer swap. Always a great stay! Anita checked us in and she was very nice and helpful. We will be back next year!

The only problem I ran into was the shower floor was very slippery and my son fell and bruised his knee. Otherwise it was a nice hotel.

If you offer a pool have towels for guests One night stay with my grand daughter. The accommodations were ok. The service was less than ok. Asked for Chinese restaurant recommendations and the reasons was that none of them were worthy. No other recommendations were provided. Then later, asked for towels for the swimming pool. They said they would be out in 15 minutes. We were in there for 1.5 hours, still no towels. We had to go to the room wet and cold. Then we get to the room and we only had 3 towels, not enough to dry off and take showers later so we had to take our showers right away. We both got sore throats the next day.

Great Hotel Hotel was great for our family. Clean. Friendly. Beautiful pool. The pool was on the chillier side though. The attached restaurant was super convenient, really good food and really good service. The continental breakfast at the hotel was good. We wish they offered the biscuits and gravy every day though, not just on Sundays. The gentleman who works the continental breakfast is very friendly and welcoming and does an amazing job.

The Gentleman who runs the Breakfast in the morning is super courteous, he is super friendly and was great to talk to in the mornings we stayed.

Great staff at a "just ok" hotel It was an ok stay, nothing horrible but nothing amazing. The lady at the front desk and the cook for breakfast were both super sweet and did their job well. You can tell this hotel is getting run down no matter what they're doing to try to keep it nice. The hair dryer in our bathroom was falling off the wall and was literally holding on by half of a screw still in the wall. Breakfast food wasnt bad but our entire family didnt like the sausage. It does have a decent size pool, 2 hot tubs and a small arcade. Overall its just ok.

hotel mid pool water cold. room musty. temperature in room didn’t get below 75. hvac did fix ac next day. sock from previous visitor was left in room. different areas in hotel that had drywall that needed fixed. broken tile.

The hotel staff was super friendly and nice! We got conjoined rooms which was nice! My kids loved the pool. The hot tub was amazing! Would stay here again
