This hotel CANNOT carry the name of Marriott This property completely RUINED the name of Marriott AVOID or REGRET Considered my worst 22 nights stayed experience Yes, suck thumb and suffered the 22 nights out of no choice as I need to hit 75 as my yearly target. Aside all these HORRIBLE encounters, I was told another HORRIBLE info about earning the elite night.... Also complained to Marriott no warning at point of booking, BEWARE...You won't get 1 elite night for 1 night stay.. for around USD145 nightly RIP off will only earn you bloody pathetic 0.5 elite night for 1 night stay. Do check out the photos Cheapest ever tissues (I decided to buy my own after second day) Any request of additional drinking water will be charged. (you will get two daily) I mopped my own floor and see the floor tower yourself The comparison color between floor tower and bath tower Breakfast... OMG. go check the condition of the strawberries The amazing experience just goes on and on..

Marriott Gold member; got an upgrade to a king bedroom rather than queen but the room (ground floor building 1) smelled of damp and was dark with little to no natural light. Add to that, the rooms next door were under renovation works; why place a loyal customer in the middle of a building site? Workers were sleeping in the room next door and the floors were filthy. Finally, the water from the taps was brown. It just felt cheap and completely avoidable had anyone had any customer concerns in mind. Poor management. We got a change of room, but this could have been avoided. A very disappointing experience.

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This property does not reflect Marriott standards, and the General Manager was far from approachable. Throughout my stay, all I received were excuses instead of solutions. Utterly disappointing with very poor service delivery.

I selected the property because its part of Mariatt group, because I was visiting Nigeria first time. But its a very basic budget hotel, over priced because of Marriott brand.

The food menu did not include the items that were advertised or were always out of everything. Additionally, the listing on ******* stated "ocean view," but the ocean view no longer exists, which constitutes false advertising. There were also numerous issues with the internet throughout the stay.
