The family booked two suites for a trip, the place is quite big
The hotel has been refurbished, but it still looks a little old
There is no central air conditioner, only a portable air conditioner in the room, the bed in the living room is still a bit hot at night
The staff service is very good. Every morning when they pass by the front desk, they are very enthusiastic to greet and chat with us.

I had another great stay here. The valet was super friendly and helpful, and check in was a breeze. Front desk agent was very sweet. My room was clean and comfortable and I had a really nice view. This is my new go to hotel in Victoria. I also love that there’s a Starbucks in the lobby.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the sea and Chinatown. The room is also equipped with a microwave, a stove, a gas stove and tableware, and the faucet water can be drunk directly. The waiter was friendly. But the passage between the buildings is small, the toilet is relatively small and a bit dirty.

The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, but on the last day, the hotel helped the car to go to the airport, the taxi driver did not play the watch, and finally went to the destination to charge the fee. Oh... it’s better to call it, I hope everyone pays attention.

This is the best hotel
We stayed here for our honeymoon and upgraded to the gold lounge by adding a very small amount and it was the best choice
We received the best service during our stay and were touched by the special gift from the manager who celebrated our honeymoon. If you decide to stay in Victoria, you must visit this place.

Invincible sea view, sea view, living room, room and balcony, especially sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset is very freehand. The transportation is very convenient, it is convenient in the city center, and the two-bedroom suite is fully equipped! Opposite the hotel is a lot of choices for restaurants, parking is free, but you need to check the card after you check in to enter the garage. Overall very good physical examination.
Located on Victoria*s spectacular Inner Harbour/ steps from US Ferry terminals/ Parliament Buildings and local shops and attractions. 304 rooms and suites/ all with balconies.

Close to the Inner Harbor, the view outside the window is unbeatable. The various noises of the ferries to Seattle at 7 am and 10 pm will affect your rest, because it is really just across the road. The underground parking lot is not exclusive to the hotel, so remember to record the ticket at the hotel front desk, and you don’t have to pay in the parking lot. The room is large and has two small terraces. The restaurant downstairs is generally good, and the room service is average.

Because the ship was cancelled suddenly, I had to book the restaurant quickly. It was very good. There is a restaurant downstairs. You can eat before 11pm. Burgers are hard to eat. It’s not bad. Free coffee is available in the lobby. The hotel towels are not very clean. Stain can be seen.

Outstanding
RRambo88In general, the room is relatively clean, the bed is very comfortable, there is a microwave and refrigerator for use, the environment is quiet, the outdoor hot spring and swimming pool are very comfortable, I like them very much, and the service is also very nice.
TTaodamiLocated in the city center, next to the Parliament Building, 3 minutes walk. 10 minutes to Fisherman's Wharf, 10 minutes to the pedestrian street, 15 minutes to Chinatown.
The room is very historic, but the facilities are complete and clean. The room is larger than expected, with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen + dining room, a bathroom, and 3 cloakrooms. It is no problem to stay with 2 adults and 1 child or even 2 children.
Parking costs an extra $20
GGuest UserThis is such a fun hotel! It’s near some busy roads, a mall, and a bunch of restaurants and such, which I guess is nice, but it’s pretty noisy and you’re not going to get a great view from your room or anything.
BUT! Where to start? The rooms are clean. My kids and I loved the comic book, stickers, yo-yo, and rotary phone in our room. The hot tub is a little small, but guess what? You can soak in it and keep an eye on your kiddos as they enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool and water slide!
Inside the lobby, you can find myriad board games, ping pong, “bowling,” Wii, and even old school typewriters in which you can pluck out that novel you’ve been keeping in the back of your head. The lobby Coffee is better than any in-room coffee another hotel might offer.
And speaking of the lobby, the staff here is 110%! I got what I thought was an automated text asking how my state was so far. I said “meh” because we had just checked in and I wasn’t impressed with the area. I got a response from a real person right away! She provided answers to my questions and concerns and even delivered earplugs and silverware and cups to my room later when I needed them! When I was teaching my kiddo how to use a typewriter, the front desk staff didn’t hover over us or anything, just let us do our thing.
Last, the little restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch) has a killer breakfast menu and such friendly staff!
NNicoleLOVED my stay here. A hidden gem in Victoria. It’s in James Bay (just on the cusp of downtown). I had a one bedroom queen suite, with an incredible view of the parliament buildings and downtown. I opened all of the blinds because I loved the view of the city scape at night. My room was spacious, clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The soaker tub was perfect after a long day on the road. The bathroom was huge. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from other units or from outside. The hotel is tucked away in a residential area. The front desk agent was very friendly upon arrival. Check in was a breeze. Secure underground parking was perfect. 10/10 will stay here again.
CChengI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! One of the highlights was the free bike rental, which made exploring the area so much fun and convenient. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise; the homemade croissants and pastries were absolutely delicious and added a delightful touch to our mornings. The billiard room was a great way for our family to relax and enjoy some quality time together. We also found the coin laundry service incredibly handy, especially during our extended stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that made us feel right at home!
GGuest UserI went to Victoria with my friends, mainly because it is cost-effective. It is four or five kilometers away from the provincial government and Chinatown. The hotel has breakfast for an additional fee. There is no place to have breakfast around, so you need to drive nearby to eat. We are driving out to play, so it does not affect , still quite satisfied
VVelasco-BuurmanThis hotel was perfect for my husband and I. Everywhere was walkable, to the park, Fisherman’s Wharf, to the Parliament and downtown. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighbourhood and the victorian houses. We will definitely consider staying here again!
LLiThe service at the front desk is very friendly. There are vending machines where you can buy snacks. The heating in the room is sufficient. The toilet and room are also clean. The transportation is also convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from downtown. The only downside is that no slippers are provided.
VViolaLinSince I went there during the hot season of summer, I didn’t notice that the website didn’t state that the hotel does not have in-room cooling air conditioning. There was a small fan in room 204, and the window could not be turned on for ventilation. I stayed for two nights. When I picked up the room, the hotel staff told me that the hotel had no vacancies and no room could be changed. Even contacting trip.com customer service could not solve the problem of changing hotels. I couldn't have a good rest on the first night. The lady on duty at night was empathetic and told me that the hotel was not fully booked. The hotel staff did not change the room until the next day when the hotel staff notified the manager. There was no western sun and ventilation. The hotel staff highly recommended 👍🏼 which made my trip to Victoria perfect. In summer, hotels without air conditioning are not recommended, and it is also recommended that websites state that there is no air conditioning.
KK Hoffman (Canada)Excellent hostel right in the midst of Victoria. A short walk to the harbor and Chinatown. Super duper value. Free sumptuous breakfast (cheese, olives, tuna, hard boiled eggs, jam, butter, bread, waffles and blue berries) and free dinner!
