Austria Trend Hotels in Vienna

I booked a triple room for 3 adults and first I was given a room with one bed only, so, was forced to to get back to the reception with all the things and then they gave me a room with 2 beds and a smaller folding bed. Please pay attention, that they call 15m room - ”triple”. Also, instead of proper door to the bath room, there was a sliding glass door with a hole instead of a handle which didn't provide any privacy. All the facilities were very low, like for small kids, shower cabin is extremely small, no toiletries. Poor pillows, bad matrasses. To switch AC on/off you have to call to the reception.

★Overall Rating If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by both its excellent location and the outstanding service provided by the staff. ★Location The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, where many of Vienna’s major attractions are located. From the hotel, you can easily walk to famous sights such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church, the Vienna State Opera, and Hofburg Palace. In my opinion, it would be difficult to find a hotel with a better location than this. ★Room The room was very clean and well maintained. From my window, I had a view of the Donner Fountain, which was a lovely bonus. One minor issue was that the shower area could not be completely closed, so water often splashed onto the floor around the toilet and sink. In addition, the shampoo and hand soap dispensers were quite difficult to press, so you may prefer to bring your own toiletries. I’m not sure whether they came in through the open window, but I noticed around eight small insects in the room during my stay. ★Service The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Although I arrived about three hours before the official check-in time, they kindly allowed me to check in early and rest in my room. They also patiently explained how to get from the train station to the airport. One of the Asian housekeeping staff members greeted me warmly with a smile whenever we passed each other in the hallway. When I found insects in my room, a housekeeping staff member came to assist me. She kindly said, “If you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to call us anytime.” Her response was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The hotel also provided complimentary treats in the room, including Manner wafers, Coca-Cola, and apple juice, which was a nice touch.

An unexpectedly comfortable stay! The overall experience this time was fantastic! From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows offered great support, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The lighting and soundproofing were also excellent. All amenities were well-stocked, showing great attention to detail. It's great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I'm ever traveling in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation!

Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

Facilities: The room has air conditioning and a mini-fridge. Although there's no complimentary bottled water in the room, free drinking water is available in the hotel lobby. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast included omelets, which I was very happy with. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished toiletries. Environment: It's close to the Renweg subway station, with the S7 line going directly to the airport. Trams 71 and 0 also go to the city center, making it quite convenient. Service: This hotel seems to host a lot of Chinese tour groups. During my stay, there were often student performance groups checking in, and I even saw flight crews from Air China and China Eastern. The front desk service was quite good.

The hotel is located in an old estate, although it is far from the city, it is quite easy to get to it by bus. Nearby is the Church of Leopold, designed by Otto Wagner. Since I was leaving early, around 3:00 a.m., I was afraid that there would be a problem calling a taxi. But it was all in vain because Uber arrived literally within two minutes. The only problem is the lack of shops nearby, but this is compensated by the availability of drinks and snacks at the reception.

We stayed a week at this hotel, we liked everything. The photos are true. The sauna and fitness room were included in the price, it was always clean. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the interior is magnificent. Also, it is worth noting that it rained during our vacation and at the reception we were given two convenient umbrellas. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
