The rooms were so clean and nice. And it was so convenient to move to another place because it was close to the subway station. Location: There were also convenient facilities such as marts, restaurants, and pharmacies nearby, so there was no inconvenience in living.

Every thing was automated and seems easy and ok In general the hotels very good and is pretty good and clean and even housekeeping team are friendly and professional Area for improvement 1)- the tv channels were not working and consequently we couldn’t be able to follow the world up competition, we stayed in Germany and Austria in last 14 days and all the hotels we accommodated was broadcasting the World Cup except your hotel 2)- luggage lockers need to be a bit bigger and should be enough for each room my room was double room so we had 2 bags and the locker can fit only one where should we put others

Have everything that you need on the kitchen, close to a station, we loved our staying

Good location which is closed to all convenience stores, train station.

Fully automated check-in system without need of any staff which is good. Ok, for short term stay.

The location is nice, but difficult to find in google map. Nice and clean apartment, but no utensils(fork,knife, spoon) and aircon is not that strong(28-31 degrees here in Vienna).

I booked from Thailand through the app to stay with my family. The room is very clean, the location is very good. Even though there is no receptionist, if we have a problem, the staff responds quickly and helps very well. Thank you very much.
