EST Hotel Palais Chotek NEW OPENING

An excellent hotel! Our family stayed for 11 days, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. We used a translator throughout, and everything went smoothly! The breakfast was rich and varied, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the view was also fantastic! We'll definitely book here again on our next trip to Vienna, and hope to get a higher floor. That would be even better! The subway and bus stops are very convenient, and it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the city center (District 1). Truly great!

The hotel is very new and spacious. It's a short walk from the Votivkirche, and the breakfast was good too.

The environment is pretty good, and it's close to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The halo effect at night truly makes for great photos. The hotel's decor is quite new, and the lobby is beautifully arranged. We stayed for three nights but only received one bottle of water, which they said couldn't be refilled. However, there's a supermarket nearby, so buying things was very convenient. There's also a Freud Museum next door, though we didn't end up visiting. The hotel service was nothing special, just standard.

Practical hotel, very close to the center. It's very new with huge rooms. The front desk and management staff are very attentive. Due to low occupancy, the breakfast was a bit sparse and lacked variety, but it was very good.

We were on a family trip and the location was fantastic! We could walk to all the beautiful sights in the city.
