This hotel is really close to Schönbrunn Palace – it's right across the street, with an entrance just a short walk away. Contrary to what Ctrip described, there's no bathtub in the bathroom, and the facilities are indeed a bit old.

A very comfortable stay, incredibly close to Schönbrunn Palace. The U4 station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the breakfast was plentiful. The service was also quite thoughtful. Aside from staying right in the museum district, you couldn't ask for a better location.

The hotel is right at the entrance of Schönbrunn Palace, so it's within walking distance. There's also a U4 subway station nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Even though my stay was quite frustrating, I still think it's worth recommending. However, if you do stay, make sure to check your room for any issues beforehand. If there are problems, get it changed immediately. Hygiene: The bathroom was very small and had a strong urine smell. When I brought it up with the hotel, their conclusion was that they couldn't do anything about it, which was speechless. If it's a known issue that can't be fixed, why put guests in that room?! Environment: It's pretty good. It's a large hotel with many rooms. There's a garden, shops, and a cafe. Service: There wasn't much service; they didn't deal with issues. Facilities: They're okay. There were no toiletries provided at all, and the shampoo was worse than hand soap. Shower: The water pressure was strong, but the showerhead was unstable and kept falling off. I actually got hit by it...

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the subway, light rail, and a bus terminal, and only a 30-minute drive from the city center. Schönbrunn Palace and the zoo are just across the street! The hotel grounds are beautiful, like a castle with its own garden. The room was quite spacious with a vintage decor, but the bed was too soft for a good night's sleep. Be aware that for environmental reasons, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers. Also, towels are only replaced if you leave them on the floor.

The hotel looks 10/10 beautiful from the outside, but the location is quite remote. Its only real selling point is that it's right next to Schönbrunn Palace. The room type doesn't quite match the photos shown on their website. The biggest issue is that the room is extremely far — the hotel is huge, and you have to walk what feels like a thousand miles just to get to your room 🤣. What's most annoying is that the room key keeps getting demagnetized, even though I don't keep any electronic devices in my pocket — I always keep my phone on top of my clothes.

Highly recommend this hotel near Vienna Fashion Park! My overall stay in Vienna was very satisfying! The hotel itself is spacious and bright, with a grand and stylish lobby that made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The room was also very large with excellent natural light, making for a very pleasant stay. Both the location and surrounding area are superb. It's right next to Fashion Park, which is beautiful, perfect for walks and shopping, and has all the amenities you could need. Although my room was a bit far from the elevator, requiring a short walk, I felt completely safe. The security and access control were excellent, and I felt very secure returning to the hotel at night, which actually put my mind at ease. The breakfast deserves a special mention! The variety was incredible – bread, ham, cheese, fruit, hot dishes, coffee, juice, you name it, and the quality was excellent. I had a satisfying meal every morning, which really fueled me for the day's activities. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Vienna and highly recommend it to everyone!

Well connected to transport and easy to get to all the interesting sites etc. room was clean, breakfast quite good, but many places close by as an alternative.

I really enjoyed my stay here, it is beautiful and in a nice area, really close to Schloss Schönbrunn, and not too far from the city centre with public transport. Above all, the reception staff are really helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider returning.

super nice hotel

I didn’t order housekeeping yesterday, so I went downstairs and tell the front desk that I need new towels. The guy said he would call someone to help bring the towels but he never came. I was so upset and disappointed!

Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport.

I absolutely loved my stay, it is in a very prime location next to Schonbrunn Palace and metro station. All staff were extremely helpful especially Chris at the reception is very professional. 100% recommended if you are visiting Vienna.

The hotel's location is great, and the room is spacious. However, the parking fee is very expensive.
