InterContinental Wien

Great location and good value for money. The subway is right outside, and the hotel has a lot of history. The room was decent, but a bit old and could use a renovation. As always, the White Red toiletries were excellent. I'd recommend Vienna here.

The room was decent, though the facilities felt a bit dated. The hotel's location is fine, making it convenient to get to nearby attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and tipping is, of course, expected. Parking costs 35 euros per day, which is a bit pricey.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were bellhops to help with the luggage. Since I always took a taxi, I can't really comment on the exact location, but it seemed pretty close to the city center. The whole place had a classic, old-money vibe. The hairdryer wasn't great, but everything else was fine.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions and very close to the subway station. The hotel service is excellent; we felt their warmth right from check-in. Breakfast was €35, so we ate out. It's about a 30-minute ride to Vienna International Airport, and everything went smoothly and perfectly.

Across from the city park and a 10-minute walk to the city center, it's very convenient.

First off, I have to say the Trip.com platform service was surprisingly excellent! They helped coordinate an early check-out due to special circumstances, and it was very efficient. Now, about the InterContinental Vienna. I'm not even going to mention the outdated facilities, tiny rooms, or inconvenient location. What really got to me was the staff – from the service personnel to the room service and the lobby bar – everyone had a cold demeanor, and they even seemed annoyed when I made a purchase. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The breakfast? Let's just say it was barely passable; a 35-euro standard breakfast felt more like a 3.5-euro experience. It's definitely not suitable for families with children, maybe just barely for tour groups. I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I really want to warn everyone to avoid this place.
