roomz hotel & conference center vienna prater

I booked a double room and my plans changed, I needed a single room with one bed. I asked them to make the change even without a refund of the difference in price, they refused. They had rooms available, but said since you booked through an agenty, we cannot make any changes to your booking. Really??

Nice modern hotel great location for families staff very 10 min walk to prater theme park an close to subway The room was large clean and very comfortable although no kettle or fridge Staff very welcoming I planned on using sauna and expected an additional cost but 22 euros was a rip off

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay, modern, quiet, and great location for easy subway trains or tram into the city centre - or even a 10 minute walk away to the station.I thought it might be a long way out but actually worked really well. Only 10 minute walk to the Prater amusement park, great at night! The city panorama room had a good view of the city in the distance on 7th floor. The room was large, really comfortable and very quiet. Cleamed every day with fresh towels. Take a kettle and supplies as the room doesn’t have those. The restaurant is also very nice on site, I had dinner and the food was great and the surroundings very relaxed. I will stay here again!
