The rooms facing the train tracks were really noisy, especially room 522. I had to change it. The trains didn't stop until 1 AM, and since I checked in late, there were no other rooms available that night. The hotel staff were all very friendly and I thought they were great people. However, there's one thing I can't accept: the next day, after I had changed rooms and explicitly put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, a staff member still used their card to enter. I don't understand why, as the room had already been cleaned that morning and didn't need another cleaning that day, especially with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. I think I heard a knock but was half-asleep and thought it was next door. I really think this was unacceptable.

The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The service is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is quite unique. However, the hygiene condition was disappointing. When I checked in, I found some hair on the bed and towels, and the carpet was not very clean either. I even stepped on a relatively large metal fragment on the floor. Another major drawback is that there is almost no proper desk or working space in the room. I had to use the bedside table as a temporary desk, which is quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or researchers who need to work on a laptop.

Friendly service. Sofa bed was not set up correctly. Room too hot as hotel had set to winter mode so room thermometer useless. Bed mattress not bad. Shower has no privacy.

Location is rather far from city center. You always depend on local transportation. Near the hotel there is no market or restaurant where you may go for your essentials. Hotel lift has a technical haunting sound takes getting used to it if your room is near( even though I requested away room) and isolation is rather poor especially when next door or upstairs guest walk with hard steps you hear it loud.
