Absolutely excellent hotel and location. You can just wake up and go for breakfast at Cafe Sacher or Cafe Mozart within a few minutes' time. Great restaurants all around, and so are the landmarks. Getting a taxi or going to public transport is no issue at all either due to the extremely central location. I absolutely would love to stay here again, and can recommend it.

Location is superb. Service is fine. Room is new and well maintained, amenities are mostly absent, need to collect from front desk, such as cotton wool, toothpaste, bedroom slippers etc. There is no hair conditioner provided by hotel, so pls byo. Chambermaid did not vacuum under the bed, lots of dust ball under the bed. Room is quiet and bed is comfortable. Hotel also does not have luggage stand, so we had to bend frequently to retrieve things from our luggage that is placed on the floor. Hotel is well maintained, looks newly renovated. Lots of supermarket nearby.

This hotel is beautiful, and the vintage elevator is very charming and fun to use. Housekeeping comes every day to tidy up the room. It’s also close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the carpet and floor felt a bit sticky and not very clean.
