The room was great, with Grohe bathroom fixtures, and excellent lighting and air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of a sheer curtain, which is common in China, making privacy a bit of an issue. The breakfast was incredibly rich and easily the best Western-style breakfast I've ever had – absolutely no complaints. The gym was a major highlight, with one window offering a direct view of the Danube. Working out on the treadmill or elliptical with such a view was truly refreshing. It's just a few steps from the center of Vienna, and the U1 subway line is very convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again!

This hotel has a stylish and sophisticated dark-themed design. The decor is understated yet elegant, with a very chic and modern feel. I heard they even have a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz. I was really impressed when I opened the door to my room – the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views. The only minor drawbacks were the carpeted room, which easily gets dirty and had quite a bit of dust and grime, and the windows that kept creaking.

The hotel room offers a Danube River view, and it's incredibly pleasant to see the sunshine stream into the room every morning and evening. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the room itself is spacious. It offers great value for money, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

It's very close to the convention center, and the airport shuttle service they arranged was super convenient.

Good hotel, not in the city center, but easily reachable by metro in 15 minutes. The metro station is within walking distance. The rooms are clean and were tidied daily. There's a good, complete breakfast. The fitness center is small, but has the basic equipment for a workout. The service is very pleasant; the staff are responsive and polite.

Nice room! Good views and perfectly clean, with quality services. By the way, 57 lounge really deserves a look, the perfect place to see the whole wien.

The hotel location was amazing and the staff were very friendly

Average for a 5-star hotel. The breakfast and staff were excellent, but the housekeeping and maintenance were inefficient (they left us for two days with half of the bathroom sliding door blocked; it's impossible that housekeeping didn't see it and report it before making it available). Slippers and toiletries were missing. It's impossible to rate a 5-star hotel with 3-star service!

The ambiance is nice, the service is attentive, and the rooftop restaurant is fantastic.
