For spending there just 1 night after long trip from Shanghai, it was perfect place for staying. The room was okay but breakfast excellent. All staff in the hotel was supportive and delivering very good service. And I recommend to enjoy view from 6th floor rooftop 😊👍

The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is plentiful. I've stayed here multiple times. It offers great value for money.

Not welcoming staff at all. Despite putting the sign “clean the room” the room was only cleaned once in 5 days and only after complaining at the reception. I asked to clean it again on the 4th day of stay and even asked the reception, the room hasn’t been cleaned. I generally do not leave negative reviews but I felt that my voice needs to be heard. The hotel is not at the BW standards. Having old dirty tissues in the room is not OK. The walls in the room were dirty as well (see 2nd photo). During the night I was woke up by the tv which suddenly turned on. When complained at the reception, was told that they have some networking issues. For hotel in an international city like Vienna, one would expect at least a couple of channels in English/ this was not the case. The lobby is very old and run down. The breakfast was OK but too expensive for what they offer.

The hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.

The room was clean and has enough space. The location is OK. You can use public transportation or walk to so many places. And the breakfast was great!

We have found everything that we need in this hotel. Highly recommended for those who do not have very high expectations

Lots of nearby supermarkets. Easy to find but only one connecting bus to Wien Mitte. Good breakfast, spacious room, and free luggage storage after checkout.

The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained, and the breakfast is quite good. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right downstairs which is super convenient, and there are even Chinese restaurants nearby.

It was alright. No early check in but can store luggage so we could tour right away. Initially gave us the wrong room but changed after i highlighted. Breakfast was indeed good but coffee not so nice though. I'll stay again next time.
