Parks 73 the Townhouse Hotel

My stay at Parks 73 was truly wonderful. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, always happy to chat with guests and go the extra mile when given a heads-up in advance. The rooms are well soundproofed and private; I felt completely safe both inside the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood. The location is ideal: Kleistgasse stop is just 3 minutes away with connections in all directions, the U-Bahn is 10 or 15 minutes on foot, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right across the street. I particularly appreciated the magnetic key entry system no one can walk in off the street, which adds a real sense of security. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a great AC unit, stovetop, coffee machine, and a heated towel rail. I left absolutely delighted. Huge thanks to the Parks 73 team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend for solo and for everyone going to Wien.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It’s not too far from the city center and is reasonably priced. We would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel, very well located for transport into the centre of Vienna on the 71 tram, very clean, great amenities too, will be booking again!

The room was very clean, well appointed and quiet. Very large space with fully equipped kitchen! The reception staff were friendly and very helpful.
