I will just make it simple and straightforward… clean, friendly staff, good location and great service and facilities

I booked this hotel to go to a football match so placed stock on its location near the train station and metro. The corridors are a little run down but the room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom had great water pressure (a bug bear of mine) and the shower head can be raised to a good height. The Neubau neighbourhood really impressed me and had some lovely boutique stores, 2nd hand shops and coffee places. The area had a really relaxed vibe and the as really walkable. Overall, I’d happily come back for another visit given the price, cleanliness and the convenience.

It's in a very central location; you can reach many places on foot. Because the tram line passes in front, the room is quite noisy during busy hours. The staff were attentive and helpful. It's a good option for short stays of one or two days.

The room was fine and the receptionist was helpful. During our first day we had complained stating the AC wasn’t working. It was incredibly hot and we were sweating in our sleep. The next day we made another complained stating the AC wasn’t working again Whitby be receptionist stated that they would inform their technical team that night the AC didn’t work again and it was incredibly hot AGAIN. We messaged them this issue saying that it was so hot and that we were leaving early . The hotel replied with everything was fine and there no issue with the AC. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel please take note of this issue . It was incredibly hot until the point where I had nosebleeds. In case your wondering how hot it was the room temperature (RT) was stated in the AC as 31.5 c .

The room is spacious and clean. Close to metro and breakfast is good.

I was traveling with my family including infant kid and for some reasons i reached late night around 1200am to the hotel. To my shock, no one responded for 1 hr , including calls and even no one was on reception. I had to book another hotel to stay for the night...worst experience ever.i will make sure this thing is heard & rating goes for a toss till some one doesn't respond.

Good location at a reasonable price, just a reminder to imform them in advance if you are checking in after 11pm

All was good! Perhaps another chair and a refrigerator would be useful. The single bed wasn't very big, but the pillow, blanket, and mattress were good. I also used the service to store my luggage, because I had a late flight and I decided not to overpay for a late check-out. Staff was friendly and helpful with my questions.
