Very very small room with many design flaws. I love 25hours hotel brand, so whenever I see the brand, I would choose this hotel brand over others. Great location, center of all the places to be, love the whimsical design and the theme of the hotel, but I was very disappointed with the hotel amenities and room design. No closet or proper place to put things away, so we had to pile up stuff and everything in the room (furniture) felt very cheap, low quality. The bathroom vs to the room was more roomy, but overall design of the room was very disappointing. We almost thought of find another hotel, but it was holiday time so that was impossible. As a fan of this hotel, it is very painful to say that I won't be coming back to this hotel.

Lovely, quirky hotel in an excellent location. It's an easy walk into central Vienna, and sites like the Parliament, Rathaus and Leopold Museum are practically on the doorstep. Transport links around Vienna are excellent, with the U2 station almost within shouting distance. Staff speak excellent English, and are friendly and helpful. Comfortable, if smallish room, and well sound insulated. Only fault is the erratic WiFi. It often dropped, making streaming a frustrating experience. The onsite restaurant makes decent pizza at a good price - a decent option if you don't fancy going out.

Hotel located close to Museum Quartiers and walking distance to Kartner and Graben shopping streets. Hotel and rooms are decorated in vibrant, fun and circus themed colors. Plenty of corners where you can take instagramable photos. Service is a bit impersonal but hotel staffs are helpful. There is a rooftop bar. Unfortunately whether was a bit too cold for us to enjoy our drinks outside. For those who like to cycle, they provide rental bicycles too. All in all, a great hotel to stay in Vienna.

Great location, fancy design (but not too much), spacious rooms, attentive service. Breakfast looked nice too, yet we decided to eat outside instead just to explore local cafe spots. Didn’t have a chance to visit the sauna, it’s very good though you can visit it till 10pm, so you can relax in the hotel evening after a long walk in the city. Totally recommend.

The hotel has identity crisis. It is certainly not a four star. It’s posh hostel with en-suite rooms. The roof top bar is a nightclub the noise is insanely loud. People are screaming around the corridors at 1am and housekeeping are banging on doors and shouting before 9am.

This hotel is cozy and cool, very clean and in a strategic location.

Absolutely enjoy every minute in the hotel. Very clean, well equipped, lovely staff, great breakfast, comfy bed and free mini bar Great location with a great view. Highly recommended! The shower products are one of the best I’ve used in hotel chain. Will definitely come back

Conveniently located near the Museumsquartier, Volkstheater, and Burgtheater. The room was clean (although it had a slightly strange odor). It would be nice to have more charging options (USB, inductive) – just one outlet per side of the bed is a bit limited. The gym is okay, but doesn't have too many machines. The sauna is very nice (bathrobes can be borrowed from reception) – the relaxation area (inner courtyard) had a strong smell of sewage, making it impossible to lie down comfortably. The check-in and check-out process was friendly and efficient.

Everything was great and far exceeded what we expected for the price; we'd gladly come back.

Beautiful and unique location in Vienna close to attractions and the center, possibility to speak German, English and Italian. Good Italian restaurant attached.

What was to complain about was foreign hair on the bed linen

The price range seems high compared to the hotel facilities. It is a designer concept hotel, so it is clean and has a unique atmosphere.

Central location, unique decor, with the liveliness of a hostel and the amenities of a four-star (the provision of an umbrella and luggage storage for us was very helpful. Spa/gym kits or jogging towels are also provided!). Good food in the Italian restaurant, great rooftop bar with clean drinks, especially cocktails, music and views. We would need some kind of wardrobe and not a horizontal hanger as well as coffee in the room.

The location is very good, and it is very convenient to take various buses or walk to the city's attractions. The bar on the top floor is very cool and the view is unbeatable. I have stayed here several times. The fountain garden downstairs is also beautiful. The service is also good. I arrived in the morning and was allowed to check in early.
