This hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is a plus. However, the bathroom tends to leak water easily, and my room wasn't cleaned during my two-day stay. Also, there's an extra charge for kitchenware and cutlery, which is a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a decent hotel.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around by subway and bus. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, but be aware that some are closed on Sundays. The internal facilities are comprehensive, making it a great choice for families traveling with children. The front desk staff were very welcoming and happy to store our luggage.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient transportation access. There's an Aldi nearby for easy grocery shopping. The room also had basic kitchenware, and the bathroom was clean, tidy, and large. The hotel has paid washing machines and dryers. The washing machines include detergent, so you don't need to bring your own. However, the dryer isn't very effective at drying clothes, so I wouldn't recommend paying to use it. It's only a 100-meter walk from the train station to the hotel (I recommend using the north exit, which has a Chinese restaurant). There are accessible ramps along the way, making it easy to pull luggage. The train station also offers direct trains to the airport every half hour. Be careful not to go to the wrong hotel; there's another apartment-style hotel from the same company nearby. (Don't ask me how I know that! 🤡)

I've stayed at this hotel many times, but this visit wasn't smooth. I arrived at 11:30 PM, and even though there were only two people ahead of me, it took almost an hour to check in. The check-in process was incredibly cumbersome and inefficient. After finally getting to my room, I found there was no electricity. The front desk said the hotel was full, which led to another wait. I finally got a new room and settled in by 1:30 AM. This whole ordeal significantly lowered my opinion of the place. The location and value for money are what I value most about this hotel, but the front desk service and efficiency definitely need improvement. Also, I noticed that the kitchenette used to be well-stocked with cookware and utensils like pots and bowls, but now there are very few. If you want more, you have to pay 25 Euros to rent additional kitchenware.

The location is truly excellent, right inside the Central Station. There are all sorts of supermarkets, restaurants, beauty stores, DM drugstores, and sportswear shops. The Anker bakery being open during the holidays was an absolute lifesaver. The room comes with basic kitchenware, perfect for cooking noodles or heating up microwave meals. The laundry room on the second basement level costs 4.3 euros per wash, and drying is another 2-something euros. You need to download the app beforehand and link your credit card, and you can even reserve a machine in advance.

The location is excellent. The hotel is located behind Novotel and is very close to Wien HBF station, making it convenient for transportation. The room is spacious, with enough space for three large suitcases to be fully opened without feeling cramped, even for three people. Since it is a serviced apartment, there is no daily housekeeping service, but this was not an issue for us as we only stayed for three nights. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The corridor and the room both smelled pleasant as soon as we stepped in, giving us a great first impression. Even with four people staying in the room, it still felt spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, just walk straight out from the hotel entrance and you will reach Wien Hbf. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

THERE ARE MANY HOTELS AND SERVICED APARTMENTS AROUND THE AREA WITH BETTER PRICING. IF THIS IS NOT YOUR LAST CHOICE PLEASE STRONGLY RECONSIDER. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT. Not worth your money guys and certainly not worth the negative mental health caused by the receptionist (yes read other people's comments. I regret not trusting them) To be honest the accomodation itself wasnt too bad, the location was great and initially the receptionists was okay. However there are x things that irritate me: 1) They charge you for city tax and did not indicate it in the app, acording to them its a new change. I can accept it for what it is but atleast notification should be given via app or email in advance. This should have been communicated rather than a last minute surprise. 2) Related to point number 1, of course given the situation I inquired. The first receptionist who checked us in was understanding and said she will double check with billing team and get back to me. The second receptionist was a grumpy balding ( sorry I don't know his name and this was his only defining factor) guy doing the night shift, looks around mid 30s. If service was a spectrum between 0(neutral) and 10 (excellent), he would be -2. I asked him for clarification on the city tax, intending to pay and request for a breakdown. But downright he just cuts me off, doesnt let me finish my sentence and continued to talk over me with a condescending tone. Told me I can't pay for it now and it can only be paid at the end of our stay. Fine, I accept the rules but his behaviour is truly unacceptable. If you cant give a neutral reception atleast dont be rude. But aside from this guy the other receptionists are okay. 3) cleanliness and amenities. No toileteries are given, suspect the shampoo and soap are of the same substance despite the different bottle. Both substance are drying af. The shower head has a leak and causes water pressure problem (forgot to take a picture). Lastly this place is ******* dusty (see pics) I'm not a clean freak, nor am I looking for this on purpose but it was just glaring. Cleaning service is only once every 7 days, any extra you need to pay for 25 euros lmfao. Laundry is available in the basement but you also need to pay for washing and the drying, it was okay.

Apartment is very near to Hauptbanhof with 2 supermarkets and eateries around it. Transport is easily accessible and very convenient. Had been staying for the 4th time and love the calmness around it. Service staff were very friendly. Washing machine and dryer with a fee at the basement makes it more convenient as we stayed for 10 days.
