Apartment was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed and a complete kitchen. There was also a dishwasher to help us with the dishes. Many grocery stores nearby and its located 2 mins away from the station which makes it very easy to get to the city

My stay was really pleasant, the room was really clean, there was a self check in possibility and they check up on you everyday. The person at the Hotel reception was really beautiful and not only on the outside, which is something I don’t see everywhere nowadays. I would definitely be coming here again if I’m nearby and if there’s a room available.😁😁

Extremely convenient location, the closest subway station is 1-min walk away. Rooms are clean. Had to self check-in and self check-out tho. And they don’t offer luggage storage services…

Perfect location for a central city, it’s located near the subway, and there is a supermarket near the hotel. The surroundings are quiet and safety is no problem.

The room temperature is around 27°C and does not respond to the wall controller (currently set to 19°C), making it impossible to cool the room without keeping the window open. The shower head is malfunctioning and sprays water in multiple directions, causing water to spill across the bathroom. I also noticed that the drawers are not clean inside. Additionally, the room was not serviced today, and the towels were not replaced, including the wet floor towel in the bathroom. There is also a visible residue from a removed security seal on the door. After receiving an automated email from the hotel requesting feedback, I reported these issues and was told that someone from the hotel team would follow up. However, I have not received any response since. There was also no one available at the reception desk to address these concerns in person.
