Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

Excellent location. Very well maintained. Only issue is that coming from India we are accustomed to much higher hospitality standards and for this kind of money we can find some of the best hotels in India.

I checked into this Vienna hotel in the evening, and upon entering the room, the curtains were all drawn. When I woke up in the morning and opened the window, I saw the view pictured below. I asked the front desk, but they said there were no other rooms available. For a respectable hotel, proactively informing guests of these unusual circumstances upon check-in is standard professional practice. However, not only did they fail to do so, they also offered no follow-up compensation. This dishonest hotel is not recommended.

Advantages: 1. The hotel is in a great location! It is right on Carinthia Street, and there is a shopping mall right outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. 2. The room is very nice and quiet. The water pressure is very strong. There are a few problems: 1. The hotel address may be for people to walk to, and it is not possible to drive there. It is recommended that Ctrip add the address of the hotel, Naschmarkt No. 5, so that the car can reach it. 2. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it is better to have hot milk. 3. When checking in, you are required to pre-authorize 1 euro with your credit card. Although the money is immediately returned to the card when you check out, this method makes people uncomfortable. As we all know, credit card fraud is serious in Europe. Such pre-authorization makes customers very nervous. Next, I will worry about when it will be stolen. It is recommended to take other methods, such as cash deposit. 4. My room type requires 10 steps of stairs, which is really difficult for me who has a sprained waist and has to carry a 20-inch suitcase. But here I have to praise the hotel waiter. When I checked in, he helped my mother and I to send the luggage to the room, and also told us how to use various switches in the room. Thank you very much.

We arrived at the hotel at 3am, and the hotel staff waited for us and checked us in quickly. The staff were also very polite. After checking out, we were waiting for the car outside the hotel, and a backstage employee happened to walk by and said to us: Thank you for staying in our hotel. The hotel is in the old town, so convenient!

The antique and spacious room was impressive, and I loved the warm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city, take short breaks, or freshen up in between. Everything I needed was within easy reach, making my stay even more enjoyable. The staff was also very friendly, and overall, it was a perfect experience. If I visit Vienna again, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The hotel has a long history. It was originally a warehouse, and later a concert hall. Mozart also held concerts here. Later, it became a luxury hotel with elegant decoration and old items everywhere. However, as someone who has stayed in hotels of the same price in Vienna, I can say responsibly that the breakfast is rather poor. Only the coffee machine is decent.
