This was by far the worst hotel of our European trip. The space in front of the toilet was so narrow you couldn't extend your legs, so you had to sit sideways. I can't imagine how anyone over 1.8 meters (approx. 5'11") would manage. The sink was incredibly small; we had to put our toiletries and toothbrushes on the nearby counter, and washing our faces inevitably splashed water all over our clothes. The location was decent, though. It was about a 5-minute walk to the central train station and only 10 minutes to the Belvedere Palace. There's also a Spar supermarket a few hundred meters away that opens early, where you can grab bread, milk, ham, and hard-boiled eggs for breakfast. It was a bit confusing that the hotel's name translated differently when searched on Google Maps and Apple Maps.

The room was small and old, with a stale smell that lingered even after airing it out for a long time. Apart from the convenient location, just about 100 meters across the street from the main train station, nothing else justified the price. There's a supermarket directly opposite and many places to eat. I recommend the Czech restaurant on the way from the hotel to the train station; the food was delicious, we ate there for two days, and the beer was excellent, frequented by many locals. Inside the train station, there's a donut shop with a good variety and tasty donuts, worth trying.

Located opposite Wien Hbf station, it's part of the station's TOD office and commercial area. It's a 5-minute walk from the Hbf-Südtiroler U-Bahn station and a 3-minute walk from the tram stop, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of dining options and cafes in the small alleys (Gasse) nearby, and the Belvedere Palace is a very convenient 15-minute walk away. The hotel itself isn't huge, but the front desk area is grand. They offer luggage storage (you put your own bags in a small room). The staff at the front desk – from the older gentlemen to the younger men and women – were generally warm and friendly. They'd greet you when you entered or left the elevator and even offered small snacks. However, the hallways appeared a bit run-down. The rooms had an old-fashioned guesthouse style... though the bathroom was very clean and tidy. The only downside was that it only had a bathtub and no shower, which was a bit inconvenient. Towels and hand soap were provided, but you needed to bring your own other toiletries. The room was relatively quiet, but there was some low-frequency noise due to aging electrical circuits, though it didn't significantly affect our sleep.

I highly recommend this hotel; its location near the main train station is incredibly convenient. The window view is fantastic! The bathroom fixtures are also excellent, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Perfect.

This hotel is super conveniently located near Vienna's Central Station, and it's also close to the famous Belvedere Palace! The interior has a lot of wood furnishings, which gives it a somewhat classic or aged feel, but it's kept very clean. The only minor drawback is that it can feel a bit dim at night. The night view from the window is decent~

Traveling solo, I was surprised to find myself in a room with four beds! 😂 The hotel facilities are a bit old, but luckily it's very close to the train station, and the transportation downstairs makes it super easy to get to all the attractions. 😘

Great, the rooms are clean and simple, and it's easy to get around. This hotel isn't far from the train station, offers good value for money, and it's a 4-star hotel. It's really excellent to find such a hotel in Vienna.

Although the facilities felt a bit plainer than a typical 4-star (💎) hotel, built in 1958 and supposedly renovated in 2025, it still felt quite old-fashioned. The chairs were dirty, the fridge was yellowed, and the walls were blackened, giving it a unique vintage vibe. However, overall, the value for money felt pretty good, and it had air conditioning!
