The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly. They kindly provided me with some complimentary pastries and a generous two welcome drink coupons for the bar.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the convention center and stayed for five nights. On the fourth day, I woke up to find some bloodstains (not mine) on the bedsheet under the pillow. I removed the sheet and placed it on the floor. When I returned in the afternoon, I was appalled to discover they had put the dirty sheet back on the bed, simply rotated 90 degrees. The bloodstains were still clearly visible. I went to the front desk, but their attitude was unhelpful. I then asked for the manager, who also displayed a poor attitude. Despite this, they eventually agreed to immediately change the bedsheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases. After they changed it, it dawned on me that the bedding I had on my first night might have been used by one or even two previous guests. The photos I took clearly show creases on the newly replaced sheet, indicating it had been folded. In stark contrast, when I first checked in, the bedsheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases were completely crease-free. I only slept on the left side of the bed; the right side remained untouched.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean, the only downside was its distance from the nearest subway as we had to walk about 10 minutes in the cold to get there. But because the hotel itself was wonderful I recommend this place.

The subway station is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to travel to the city center. It offers good value for money, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast selection was extensive. It's conveniently located about a 7-minute walk from the U1 metro station. Highly recommended.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be in a good location. The room was slightly dusty and felt outdated. Unfortunately one of the charging ports did not work and we had to do some moving of furniture to get access to one that did. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. We particularly enjoyed the French omelette but probably would not recommend the Kaiserschwarrm!

Parking was very convenient, and the breakfast selection was diverse.

The breakfast is very good where you can have a lot of choices. However, the room is pretty old. The worst part is the parking fee. It was €33/night as written on the website, but the actual is €48/night.

Clean hotel, friendly and very welcoming staff, pleasant, complete and varied breakfast, spacious but… dated rooms! Restaurant available for dinner if needed (closes at 10 pm). Comfortable bed. Metro access 400 meters away, but no amenities in the immediate vicinity except for a small supermarket that closes at 8 pm! So there are some distances to walk and you'd better bring walking shoes…

The facility is decent, there are slippers and robes, but we got into the room on the third try.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is bright and comfortable. The amenities and room service are excellent, and I'm very satisfied. The location seems a little far from the tourist spots. It's also about a 5-minute walk from the station. However, there's a convenient bus to the airport right in front of the hotel.
