The location is superb, nice, clean and quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful, live World Cup in the lobby is nice. The garage is very good and fair priced. The my last night 4am we experienced city-wide power down due to heat wave, not hotel’s fault though, they resumed the air conditioning but the escalators are out of service

The location is quite convenient. The room has comfortable air conditioning and the bathroom design is quite user-friendly. However, there is no twin-bedroom available even though we booked this room type and checked in earlier than 3pm. The staff did not inform us during check-in, until we found it out after entering the room. They could not provide another twin-bedroom but only arranged an extra bed which is rather small.

It's clean and quiet. The service is very good. It's a short walk to Schönbrunn Palace.

+: very convenient location, nice view, good staff, spacious&clean room -: trip says that there is a free minibar, but we didn’t get even 1 bottle of water. Disinformation on the website? Or did housekeeping staff forget to put it in the room? Lack of amenities
